القبول بالشروط
باستخدامك لموقع أكزي لخدمات الشحن (الموقع) أو أي من خدماته مثل شحن وتخزين، أو التواصل معنا عبر الهاتف أو تطبيق WhatsApp، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي بند من هذه الشروط، يرجى الامتناع عن استخدام الموقع فوراً.
التعديلات على الشروط
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم نشر أي تغييرات على هذه الصفحة، وسيكون تاريخ التحديث مذكوراً في الأعلى. استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد التعديلات يعني موافقتك عليها.
متطلبات السن

سياسة الاسترجاع والتعويض
نظراً لطبيعة خدمات الشحن والتخزين ، فإن أي حجوزات للاستشارات أو العمليات تُعد التزاماً مبدئياً ولا تُسترد رسومها بعد التأكيد، ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك في العقد الرسمي.
